It's been several weeks since Jenelle Evans lost custody of her kids.
For most of that time, Evans and husband David Eason have been reporting to court regularly as part of their effort to convince a judge they're capable of providing a safe and stable environment for their children.
Unfortunately, the courthouse has been the scene of tense altercations and other forms of high drama.
The insanity that's unfolded over the course of the past month has led to some wild rumors about Jenelle and David and what sort of outcome they're hoping for in all of this.
Now, Jenelle is speaking out and hoping to put an end to some of the speculation.

It's been over a month since David Eason shot and killed the family dog, thus prompting a CPS investigation that cost him and Jenelle custody of their children.

At first, it was only David who was under investigation. But once the authorities observed the deplorable conditions on the Easons property, the three children in their care were promptly removed.

In addition to the kids who were still living on The Land, Jenelle and David both have sons whom they had already lost custody of.
