Jenelle Evans and Nathan Griffith have not gotten along for a very, very long time.
There have been times that they've tolerated each other, but for the most part, their relationship hasn't been pretty.
And now that they're involved in a huge, nasty custody battle, you'd think it would be even worse, right?
But it turns out that Nathan is actually being ... kind of sweet?
This whole thing is super weird and oddly heartwarming, so let's just get into it ...

Can you remember a time when Jenelle and Nathan got along well? Even when they were dating?
2. Weird Choices
Like, yeah, they felt confident enough in their relationship to have a baby and get engaged, but there were some super nasty fights in there.
3. Yikes
Fights so bad they ended in visits from the police.
4. Thank Goodness (Maybe)
Eventually they broke up, of course, and a month later Jenelle was with David, who made it extremely clear straight from the beginning that he absolutely despised Nathan.
5. Oh Cool
He insisted that he be the one to talk to Nathan about anything involving Kaiser, not Jenelle, and he really just set the stage for a bad time there.
6. Shocker
So considering all of that, it's no surprise that they're having such a bad time right now.
