Jenelle Evans' estranged husband Courtland Rogers has just been arrested, again - for assaulting the Teen Mom 2 star's sister Ashleigh this time.
While still married, Jenelle and Courtland have been living apart since their April arrest, when both got popped for assault and possession of heroin.
Fittingly, Court ended up back in the very same jail on Monday.
Courtland Rogers was taken into custody in Brunswick County, N.C., after Jenelle Evans' sister Ashleigh Evans Wilson filed criminal charges against him.
At issue? Several “harassing” phone calls on September 11.
Rorgers “unlawfully and willfully did telephone Ashleigh Wilson repeatedly for the purpose of annoying and harassing Ashleigh Wilson at the called number.”
Courtland turned himself in to the jail early Monday morning and unlike his previous stint there, was immediately released after posting a $1,000 bail.
A source close to the case told celebrity gossip source Radar that Courtland will fight the charges and that he says “I’ve never called Ashleigh in my life.”
Meanwhile, Jenelle’s current boyfriend Nathan Griffith was arrested on September 7 for DUI. He was racing home to have sexual intercourse with her.
Yes, that happened. Good times.
