Teen Mom 2 is back for Season 6, and the drama was predictably off the hook for Jenelle Evans, Kailyn Lowry, Chelsea Houska, and Leah Messer.
Ranging from moderate to severe, the quartet's arguments, custody fights, marital woes, cheating scandals and overuse of spray tanner were abundant.
From North Carolina to West Virginia, South Dakota and beyond, let's break down everything to expect when you watch Teen Mom 2 online ...
Jenelle Evans' son Kaiser just turned one, and she's back with Nathan Griffith (again). Her storyline here takes place not long after Kai's birth.
A lot changes quickly in the life of the Carolina Hurricane, but Teen Mom 2 Season 6 Episode 1 touched on a family theme in Jenelle's life.
“I gotta do what I gotta do, I mean, he’s my son,” Jenelle told Nathan of regaining custody of her older son Jace. “I’m not going to wait forever.”
But her mother, Barbara Evans, was reluctant to hand over Jace, as she always is, citing Nathan's drinking problems and criminal past.
When Nathan surprised Jenelle with a romantic trip to St. Thomas for her birthday ... Barbara got pissed and hung up on her daughter.
Expect the insanity to really ramp up in the coming weeks, given what we know went down between Jenelle and Nathan earlier this year.
Speaking of insane, Kailyn Lowry and Javi Marroquin drive each other up the wall, to the point of screaming fights in front of friends.
In marriage counseling, he admitted the root of his frustration:
“I get mad, and I don’t want you to go because sometimes I feel like you have fun with your friends but you don’t have fun with me.”
Also, he got (a little too) pissed after someone texted his wife.
“Someone texted me, ‘Good morning and do I have class?’ and now I’m cheating on him and I’m a liar,” a tearful Kailyn explained.
His response to her explanation? Not exactly a prize-winner:
“Get out of my face. The conversation’s done, leave the room.”
Lots of rage, and more crying ensued. This is not good.
Over in the land of Chelsea Houska, Adam Lind took a brief hiatus from getting arrested to battle for custody of their adorable little girl.
Chelsea was not having that for one second.
Given that Lind has been arrested multiple times for DUI and domestic stalking, and owes child support, and is generally a sketchball?
It's not hard to see why she wouldn't want him around, or why she would ironically find solace in Taylor Halbur, his other baby mama.
They agreed to support one another in their respective custody wars, while Chelsea seems happy with her new man Cole DeBoer.
Amazingly, given that her life involves that derelict of society Adam Lind, she might be in the most stable position of the TM2 ladies.
Leah Messer Calvert? She may be worse off.
With three kids, a custody fight of her own with Corey Simms, and her marriage to Jeremy Calvert on the brink, she's just up against it.
When she tries to convince Jeremy to go to marriage counseling and he rebuffs her, Leah lets loose, accusing him of putting work first:
“You have to set work aside and put your family first. Even if you had the most money in the world, you would still put your job before us.”
Jeremy got up and peaced the f--k out.
In court, Leah triumphed over Corey (for now), retaining primary custody of the kids, with visitation from their dad on weekends, etc.
Corey claimed that taking her to court wasn't a personal attack, even if he and wife Miranda Patterson felt she couldn't handle the kids.
“I can’t say that I don’t have hard feelings,” Leah admitted to her former spouse. “Being called an incompetent mother, that was hurtful.”
Just wait until we see Leah Messer in rehab.
