Last August, Jenelle Evans was arrested for allegedly throwing a glass at Jessica Henry, the new girlfriend of her ex Nathan Griffith.
The case against the Teen Mom 2 star is still pending, and Jenelle is preparing to go before a jury soon.
Nathan claimed he saw the entire incident go down, but a source has toldRadar Online that he's lying.
“On the video that the cops have, Nathan is clearly heard telling them that he didn’t see anything because he was loading things into the truck,” a source told the site.
Whoopsie, did the steroids impair your memory of that vid, Nate?
The mom of two accused her ex of making up unflattering stories about her in order to gain leverage in the heated custody battle for their one-year-old son Kaiser.
Nathan submitted documents to the court stating that Jenelle is an unstable drug abuser who tried to kill herself after he broke up with her last year, and also cited the recent assault charge against Henry.
“Jenelle thinks that Nathan is just using this to try and manipulate her in their custody case,” a second source told Radar.
She is set to stand trial in front of a six-person jury on April 22 to plead her case. If found guilty, Jenelle could face up to 30 days in jail.
