And just like that, the fourth season of Teen Mom 2 is officially underway!
Monday, we picked up pretty much where Season 3 left off ... basically the usual Jenelle drama, plus surprising revelations from Leah, Kailyn and Chelsea.

Jenelle Evans is sober, back in school, moving into her own place and even has boyfriend that her mom Barbara Evans loves. Seriously. Plus 20.
The boyfriend? Gary Head! Amazingly, Jenelle may even be with him RIGHT NOW ... while she is married to some other guy, but still. Plus 10?
Of course, this being Jenelle Evans, trouble is always awaitin' and this week its name is Kieffer Delp, who is fresh out of jail and trying to contact her.
Somehow, and for some reason, he finds out Gary Head’s number and texts him that he wants to get in touch with Jenelle. Minus 20, Kieffer.
Kieffer says he isn’t trying to start drama, just trying to reach his ex through her new boyfriend. Which is pretty much the definition of starting drama.
Jenelle insists she’s in love with Gary, in any case, and isn’t looking to get back with Kieffer Delp. If he does call, she says she'll change her number.
True love is in the air again. Plus 40.
No custody of Jace. Minus 10.
Leah Messer suffers a miscarriage, which we knew was coming, and has to shoulder the burden by herself because Jeremy is out of town.
Minus 50 for that heartbreak, but Plus 100 because we know it turns out better for Leah Messer and Jeremy Calvert the next time around.
”I just don’t understand why,” she cries, wondering if she's even ready to be a mom and saying she's going to have her IUD put back in and wait.
Sure you are, Leah. Minus 30.
Jeremy is clearly devastated when he hears the news, but wants to make sure she's okay first and foremost. He's a keeper, this one. Plus 50.
Leah says they need to slow down their relationship and not fast track everything ... she says she's even going to slow down the wedding plans.

Meanwhile, she reveals she is STILL IN LOVE with Corey Simms, her former husband and the father of her twin girls! Um, what?! Minus 90.
“I’m so tired to the back-and-forth stuff,” Leah Messer yells at Corey ... who is already engaged to Miranda Patterson. So, that's that. Minus 10.
Chelsea Houska just can't quit Adam Lind.
One night when dropping off Aubree, they decided to get naked and have intercourse, and Chelsea’s Merina IUD fell out. So, yeah, Minus 200.
Adam pulled out at least. Plus 10.
He jokes with his buddies that “there’s always that thing with your baby mama,” and doesn’t want to get back together with her. Minus 40.
But, he says he always has feelings for her. Like those "feelings" you get in your pants when you really want to bang your ex and pull out?
Chelsea wants to take a pregnancy test but it's too early. Do you think this actually happened or that MTV made it up to give her a storyline?
Eh, it's Chelsea. She totally put out for that douche. Minus 200 again.
Kailyn Lowry is still ad odds with baby daddy Jo Rivera over his girlfriend Vee Torres, who likes to smoke and drink - possibly even around their son.
When Kail confronted her Jo, he countered that her BF Javi is around Isaac all the time. That's when Kail allegedly PUNCHED JO IN THE FACE.
Rivera allegedly - allegedly - hit back, leading to Kailyn filing for a Protection From Abuse order. Jo can’t seen Isaac until a court hearing in two weeks.
Jo is livid after he’s served with papers. Kailyn Lowry worries the two will never be civil again. Minus 100 all around for this shocking and sad development.
