Jenelle Evans was reportedly rushed to the hospital this weekend after she fell in her driveway and hit her head. 

Radar Online has photos of Jenelle's injuries. Sources say the 23-year-old reality star required several stitches and was not released from the hospital until the following morning.

The injury was apparently a result of flooding that affected Jenelle's home state of South Carolina as a result of Hurricane Joaquin.

“Jenelle was going out to dinner with her boyfriend David and friend Tori, and when she got home, everything was flooded on her street and she slipped and fell on the driveway getting out of the car," says one insider.

The source says Jenelle is "in pain and tired," but is recovering at home.

Given Jenelle's history of drug problems, many will wonder what sort of state she was in at the time of her fall.

Prior to the accident, Evans was out on the town with her new boyfriend David Eason, but there's no word on if they were drinking.

Jenelle has yet to speak publicly on the incident. Of course, compared to some of the drama she's endured, a little head injury is small potatoes.

Last week, we reported that Jenelle Evans suffered a head injury when she fell in her driveway after returning home from a night out.

Given Jenelle's history of drug addiction, many fans were concerned that the Teen Mom star's fall was the result of a relapse.

Fortunately, it seems that Jenelle is still committed to staying sober. In fact, Radar Online is reporting that Jenelle has refused any prescription pain medications for fear that she'll get hooked.

“Jenelle is in pain and taking Tylenol for it,” says one insider. “She didn’t get any medicines and didn’t want any.”

“She still can’t open her jaw all the way to eat,” the source says. “Jenelle feels like she broke her jaw and she also still has stitches in. It’s all scabbed up now.”

The source adds that Jenelle fell to her knees before her face hit the pavement.

“The bruise on her knee is horrible,” the insider says. “It covers her entire knee.” The source adds that Jenelle is in rough shape, but she's healing on schedule.

Apparently, one bright spot throughout the ordeal has been Jenelle's new boyfriend, David Eason.

"He’s a huge help,” the source says of Eason. “He cleans and cooks — even after working all day.”

Yes, Jenelle Evans is in a stable relationship and turning down drugs. We guess people can change!

Not long after the world learned that Jenelle Evans has a new boyfriend, it came out that David Eason has been arrested a number of times.

Most of the charges were fairly minor, but a few (breaking and entering, larceny) go beyond the realm of petty crime.

What might be even more troubling than the number of Eason's brushes with the law is how recently some of his arrests took place.

The 27-year-old welder served four months behind bars earlier this year, and now, Radar Online is reporting that Eason was accused of domestic violence by the woman he dated just before Jenelle.

“The Defendant did assault [redacted], a female person, by grabbing the victim around the throat and saying to the victim, ‘I will kill you b-tch,'” read court documents obtained by Radar.

Though he was eventually found not guilty, it's somewhat suspicious that Eason chose to evade police for nearly a year after a warrant for his arrest was issued, rather than simply turn himself in and give his side of the story.

It's certainly the most troubling revelation about Eason so far, but sources say Jenelle continues to defend the unstable new man in her life.

“She’s telling friends he’s not a bad guy. He’s a sweetheart and he makes her so f--king happy,” a source told Radar. “He’s a true southern gentleman.”

Those words might be comforting, were it not for Jenelle's history of choosing horrendous boyfriends and even worse stepfather material.

It’s been months since Teen Mom 2 terror Jenelle Evans and Nathan Griffith broke up for good, but the time apart hasn’t healed all wounds.

The explosive voicemail left by Griffith for Evans shows how bitter their breakup really was ... and keep in mind, we already assumed it was bitter.

Just not quite ... this bitter? We don't know.

On the flip side, given that Jenelle and Nathan fought so intensely even in "good" times, we're not sure why we're surprised at all at this point.

“Since you won’t talk to me and you’re WRONG, I’m gonna leave you a voice message,” an angry Griffith sneers before doing exactly that.

According to a source close to the formerly engaged couple, when they split up, “Nathan wanted both him and Jenelle to remain single.”

Griffith then didn’t hold true to his own edict.

“He was still seeing Jessica, but at the same time he was calling Jenelle arguing and telling her they were just friends,” the source claimed.

Evans has also been dating David Eason since she split with Griffith; David, like Nathan (and Jenelle), has a history of domestic violence.

When news broke about her new romance, Griffith became enraged, because he's a stable, upstanding individual and not at all hypocritical.

That's when he left this voicemail, which is apparently one in a series of nasty messages he is responsible for. Keeping it classy as always.

“Nathan called Jenelle to tell her that she lied about ‘staying single,'” the source said. “But Jenelle had already told him, ‘What does it matter?'"

Check your messages, Jenelle. We're gonna guess you have an angry, tangential, expletive-laden response to that question waiting for you.

Last year, Jenelle Evans was accused of abusing Nathan Griffith's dog after Teen Mom cameras caught Jenelle dragging the animal by his collar and locking him into a crate that was far too small.

This past Fourth of July Jenelle once again angered animal rights groups when she posted a video in which she encouraged the same dog to fetch lit fireworks.

Now, thankfully, Radar Online is reporting that Griffith got the law involved in order to have the dog taken away from Jenelle and returned to his proper home.

“That was Nathan’s dog before he even met Jenelle,” says one insider. 

“He brought Mugen back from Ohio but the saddest thing was the dog seemed to get really scared when they got near Myrtle Beach. It was like he remembered being there and hated it.”

Sources say Jenelle only kept Mugen after the breakup as an act of revenge against Griffith. But apparently all it took was a phone call and a threat of filing charges to get Jenelle to surrender the animal.

After all, with how many times Jenelle has been arrested, she can't risk getting into any more trouble with the law.

Plus, Jenelle is dating David Eason these days, so perhaps she's done finding petty ways to make her ex regret that they ever met. At least we hope so, for Nathan's sake.

You have to hand it to anyone who aims to get healthy, because the weight loss journey is a bitch.

For someone who's used to negative press, this side-by-side is refreshing.

I mean, she's been arrested nine times, has two children by two different men, and allegedly abused a dog, but this update totally makes up for it.*

*No, it most certainly does not.

While Jenelle Evans was getting her romance on in St. Thomas with David Eason, her ex-fiance, Nathan Griffith was freaking TFO over their son, Kaiser.

According to Radar, Griffin didn't know that Evans would be out of the country without their son. He called CPS and the police on his ex, a source told the site.  

Kaiser was actually staying with a friend of Evans, and both agencies gave Griffith and Evans the green light to carry on with their lives.

"They checked on Kaiser and both CPS and the cops said everything is fine," the insider told the celebrity news website..

"They were like, 'Oh sorry, we had no idea!'" the source said.

"They just saw that Kaiser was okay and then they left."

CPS did get in touch with Evans in St. Thomas to discuss the call.

Reportedly, they told her "that they would talk to her when she gets back and that's all, but that everything looked okay and everything was fine."

This isn't the first custody issue the exes have faced; another insider claims that Griffith took Kaiser to Boston for a weekend and "no one told Jenelle."

When she did find out, Evans - who has full custody of Kaiser -  "told Nathan that if he wants to see Kai, he can take her to court for visitation." 

This likely prompted Griffith to blow the whistle on his baby mama, and chances are we haven't seen the last of this saga by a long shot.

Earlier this week, we reported that Jenelle Evans was visited by Child Protective Services, a bombshell that surprised exactly no one.

Baby daddy Nathan Griffith called the agency to report that Jenelle had taken their son, Kaiser, out of the country without consent.

It turned out that Nathan was way off base, albeit justified in his initial concern over his only child with the Teen Mom 2 cast member.

Kaiser was actually fine, and staying with a friend of Jenelle's while she and new boyfriend David Eason were on vacation in St. Thomas.

Still, it was pretty irresponsible of the Carolina Hurricane to leave the country without telling Nathan where his kid would be staying.

That may be why, according to insiders quoted by Radar Online, Jenelle was visited by CPS again just a few days ago.

“CPS went by and met Jenelle and her boyfriend David after they got back from vacation,” says one source. “It happened on Tuesday.”

“They saw Kaiser. The CPS lady told Jenelle and David that she thinks everything is okay and that Kaiser is perfectly fine.”

The insider says Griffith was never really concerned for his son's safety, but only filed his complaint to make life difficult for Jenelle.

“Nathan really bothers Jenelle,” the source claims.

“He tried to ruin her trip, but it didn’t work!”

Sounds like the already-contentious custody battle between Griffith and Evans is only gonna get uglier from here!

Back in Courtland Rogers married Jenelle Evans while they were both in the depths of serious drug addictions.

Needless to say, it didn't end well, and Courtland and Jenelle got divorced after just 18 months of marriage. These days, Jenelle seems to have (mostly) cleaned up her act, but sadly, Courtland is still struggling.

According to TMZ, Courtland was arrested last night for heroin possession, failure to appear in court, and multiple probation violations.

Rogers and Evans were arrested together on a slew of charges just five months after they got married.

They parted ways about a year later.

Jenelle has her own long history of brushes with the law, but she's managed to avoid being taken into custody for almost four months now!

Sadly, that's an accomplishment in Jenelle's world.

Evans was arrested in August for assaulting the girlfriend of baby daddy Nathan Griffith.

Though she was on probation at the time, it looks like Jenelle won't have to serve any jail time for the incident.

Currently, Evans is dating David Eason, who also has a rap sheet a mile long, but sources say the that like Jenelle, the welder and dad has (for the most part) calmed down and sobered up.

Teen Mom 2's Jenelle Evans has some advice for her co-star Leah Messer, who has battled addiction issues and lost custody of her twins.

While she's encouraging and upbeat, Jenelle believes Leah has a lot of work ahead of her if she wants to win back custody of the girls.

“I would just say stay strong and level-headed,” Evans said, when asked what advice she'd give Messer. “Just stay on the right path.”

Messer, 23, has spent time in rehab for anxiety, depression and for what sources believe is a not-so-secret prescription drug addiction.

Leah has never admitted she has an issue. Rather, she frequently makes excuses for parenting that Jenelle feels are part of the problems.

“I think she should [discuss her addiction],” Evans said. “But at the same time, no one can force you to do anything. You have to be ready.”

“You can’t force people to go to rehab,” she continued. “If you do force them, they’ll do it like, ‘Yeah, I’ll do it to make you happy."

"[But] then they’ll get out and probably do drugs again."

"They have to be ready themselves,” adds Jenelle.

Evans believes that her co-star has a chance of winning back custody of her girls, who are now with Leah's first ex-husband Corey Simms.

“There is always time to change,” she said. “I would just tell them to just be civil and don’t argue. Keep the co-parenting going the right way.”

Sage advice ... which is a little dubious coming from Jenelle Evans, but at the same time, she's been through a lot of these exact things.

If you watch Teen Mom online, you know that Jenelle and Barbara Evans don't exactly have the greatest relationship.

The fact thatBarbara has custody of Jenelle's son Jace (and has allegedly encouraged the kid to call her mom) certainly doesn't help matters. 

Now, in an interview with Radar Online, Jenelle is speaking candidly about her relationship with her mom, and it seems things are just as tumultuous as ever:

“Right now she is mad at me because I don’t want to film with her,” Jenelle told the website.

“We argue. She always wants to argue with me on camera, and I’m like ‘No.’ I just don’t want to film with her.”

Jenelle says the problem has less to do with disagreements about the best way to raise Jace, and more to do with Barbara's frequent mood swings.

“My mom - she’s happy one minute and then the next she is mad,” Jenelle says. “And then the next day, she’ll act like nothing happened.”

It seems that Jenelle still wants full custody of Jace, but it's no longer a constant source of conflict:

"I want to move away first, get settled down and stuff before I pursue that any further,” Jenelle says. 

“I’m trying to let my mom ease into it instead of grabbing him right from under her, and to try and like wean him off of her."

So yeah, she still doesn't get along with Barbara (Who could blame her?), but it sounds like we're dealing with a wiser, more mature Jenelle these days.

We certainly didn't see that coming!

Hey, at least she's honest.

Jenelle Evans spoke to GlamMir host Dr. Tabasum Mir about lip fillers and love, in what I assume was a quid pro quo interview.

Evans admitted that she uses fillers because her thinner lips make her feel self conscious.

"It’s not permanent, so it doesn’t matter what people say about my lips, even if I got them done, because they can go back to normal,” Evans said.

The Teen Mom 2 star is also embroiled in a custody battle with ex, Nathan Griffith; the former couple share custody of son Kaiser, 17 months.

"Me and Nathan, we’re not really on talking terms,” Evans said.

“I moved away and ever since then I’ve just been doing my own thing.”

There have been issues between the two, and Griffith recently took Kaiser out of state without informing Evans.  

This, on top of the constant phone calls and nasty voice messages, prompted Evans to prevent Griffith from seeing their son.

“I said, ‘If you want to see Kaiser bad enough, you can take me to court for visitation because I don’t trust you.'

“He hasn’t filed papers, he hasn’t done anything. It’s been a month or two since he’s seen him.”

While that's a-brewin, Evans has moved on with David Eason, a bloke met on Tinder. 

“I had no idea. I didn’t really expect it to go this far,” Eason said during the interview, adding that he had no idea at first who Evans was.

“We’re best friends. I was super nervous, but I was shy anyways.”

A doctor has diagnosed Evans with PTSD from previous relationships, general anxiety and panic disorders.  This made Evans a bit more cautious going into new relationships.

“I don’t get to know people before I date them,” Evans admitted.

“And I just jump into the relationship. With David we talked for two months before I even met him.”

If you watch Teen Mom online, you know that Jenelle Evans has made some seriously questionable parenting decisions over the years.

Jenelle has recently made it clear that she wants to win back custody of her son Jace, who has spent most of his life in the care of Jenelle's mother, Barbara. Naturally, this resulted in some backlash on social media, but as you can see in the video below, Jenelle refuses to listen to the haters:

The Teen Mom trainwreck addresses claims that she's an unfit parent at around the one-minute mark of the video above.

“They think, ‘Oh I’m never with Kaiser,’— Kaiser isn’t in daycare first of all because all the daycares where I live, they are all booked and there is a waiting list,” Jenelle said during an interview with Radar Online.

“So I mean, I can’t even get him into daycare and he’s home with me 24-7. 

“I’m either cleaning, I’m doing laundry. I’m always doing something because once Kaiser goes to sleep, I mean I have a big mess to clean up after Kaiser.”

Jenelle added that she spends less time on social media these days, as she's committed to being a more attentive mom.

Apparently, she even goes far as to occasionally turn her phone off completely. We guess that's a start. 

Now if only she could go a few straight months without getting arrested...

Everyone more or less freaked TF out when they read Jenelle Evans' December 1st tweet.

"Killed it at the gym today... Feeling great but feel like throwing up... Love it lmao," the Teen Mom 2 star wrote.

The wheels on the speculation wagon started to roll after that, with even getting a response!

"Throwing up...Hmm...Pregant [sic] again? user @kathyvaliquette asked.

"No sweetheart, it's called a good workout," Evans shot back.  "You should try it."

YA BURNT, KATHY.

"People thought she was pregnant but Jenelle is actually on birth control," a friend of Evans told Radar Online.

“She definitely does not want to have another kid right now."

This would have proved useless ten years ago, but then we wouldn't have Barbara.

Evans is mom to Kaiser, 17 months (dad is Nathan Griffith) and Jace, 6, from her time with Andrew Lewis.

Jenelle Evans' ex-fiance, Nathan Griffith shared a few photos of himself and girlfriend Jessica Henry on Facebook last night, which look suspiciously like an engagement celebration.

It wasn't, Griffith reassured fans via Twitter:

"Despite most rumors, we are not engaged and we are just enjoying our time together," Griffith wrote.  "That's it!"

Griffith told Radar Online that he didn't plan on being engaged again for "a long time."

The rings Henry wore in the pictures "were fake," Griffith explained.

“She doesn’t even have them anymore.  I was looking at that as well and I can see how that can be misconstrued, but we're not engaged,” Griffith added.

“I would make sure everyone in the universe would know if we got engaged.”

Did a little part of him want to take a dig at Evans with those photos?

"Heavens no!” Griffith insisted. “If I did that, that means I would still care and I don't.”

True, there's no love lost between them.

"The image that that twisted, evil, little girl portrays me as is totally opposite of who I am,” Griffith said.  “I don't lie (like her), I don't manipulate (like her), I don't get revenge (like she does) and I don't care what most people think about me (like she does).”

I try to live my life as best as I can and help out whoever I can.   I have only been nice to that woman and she is the most sinister person I have ever came across.

She has totally made my life hell (which I try my best to get over it) and now she is raising my child with another psychopath just like she is.”

So...Griffith is not engaged.  And he still hates Evans.

If you've been following the drama surrounding the Jenelle Evans-Nathan Griffith custody battle, then you might think that Griffith is a devoted dad, who desperately wants to spend more time with his son.

According to a new report from Radar Online, however, it seems that Nathan is more interested in filming a new season of Teen Mom than being a father.

An unidentified friend of Jenelle's tells the website that Nathan's primary reason for making Jenelle's life more difficult is staying on the show:

“MTV has been filming Nathan lately,” says the source. “He has been filming without his son and with his friends.

“It seems like he cares more about being on TV than his child. It’s weird.”

Weird, indeed, but it certainly makes sense.

The Teen Mom franchise is so successful that even baby daddies can pull in six figures for a single season.

Nathan surely knows that if he stops creating drama with Jenelle, he'll probably go the way of her many other exes. 

So when he throws a fit and accuses Jenelle of leaving the country with Kaiser, you can assume an MTV crew is on hand to capture the ensuing fight.

Unfortunately, the insider says that Nathan's interest in his son's life ends when the cameras are gone.

“He didn’t see Kai at all through the holiday weekend,” says Jenelle's friend. “Nathan hasn’t spoken to Jenelle. He tried reaching out to a friend of hers after her Instagram got hacked, but Jenelle hasn’t heard from him since that.

“It doesn’t surprise Jenelle that this is what he is doing because something - gym, tanning, filming - has always been more important than Kai to Nathan.”

Yikes. It's hard to believe, but it sounds as though Jenelle is actually in the right for once.

Hopefully she can get this "friend" to testify at a custody hearing.

Last month, Jenelle Evans' first husband, Courtland Rogers, was arrested for heroin possession, failure to appear in court and multiple probation violations.

Now, Radar Online is reporting that at a hearing held this morning, Courtland was sentenced to 36 months in prison.

Rogers was married to Jenelle for just 18 months beginning in 2012.

At the time, they were both in the grips of serious drug addictions, and they experienced several brushes with the law during their short time together.

The couple was arrested on a slew of charges just five months after they married. Courtland and Jenelle got divorced just over a year after that incident.

While Jenelle's life remains tumultuous, she's reportedly been sober for over a year. Courtland, however, is evidently still struggling with addiction.

With good behavior, Rogers could be released from prison in as little as 20 months.

Insiders who attended his hearing today say that the troubled 29-year-old assured the judge that he has not used heroin in 45 days.

Jenelle completely severed ties with Courtland after their 2014 divorce, and she has yet to comment on his current troubles.

Those lazy days of summer can lead to violence.

Not really, except if your name is Jenelle Evans.

This past August, Evans allegedly threw a glass at Nathan Griffith's new girlfriend, Jessica Henry when the couple stopped by Evans' South Carolina home.

Henry is bringing Evans in front of a jury for assault and battery charges.

“The case will automatically come to jury court," The Administrator for the Horry County, South Carolina told Radar Online.

"A notice will be sent to [Jenelle and her attorney] in the mail notifying them of the date of the trial. It will be sometime next year.”

It's believed that Evans doesn't really have a leg to stand on when it comes to winning this case, simply because the police report is whack.

The officer at the scene explained that Jenelle “stated that she walked outside and the victim got out of the truck.

"The arrestee claimed that she was in fear, so she threw water at the victim and the jar slipped from her hand.

The arrestee stated that the victim caught the jar and threw it back at the arrestee, striking her back and then broke.”

If this were the case, the officer pointed out, the glass would have shattered in a different place than where Evans said.

“This would have made the broken glass somewhere farther in the driveway,” the statement read, also noting that Evans had no evidence of being hit.

“I looked and did not observe any redness or any other injury to the arrestee’s back,” the officer wrote.

Hokay, then.

Who need Keiffah when you've got a spahkly dress and a birthday cake?

Jenelle Evans celebrated her 24th birthday at the Empire Hotel in New York City on December 19th, and it was a good time had by all.

Evans' told Us Weekly at the bash that her boyfriend, David Eason, 27, would be joining her for Christmas.

"My mom’s going to go out of town and David is going to be there," Evans said.

"We’ll have all the kids for Christmas, so it’s going to be fun!”

The two have been dating since September, and went away to St. Thomas together in early November.

2016 is going to be Evans' year, if she has anything to do with it.

“I’m looking forward to hopefully buying a house and having a bigger house for my family,” Evans revealed. “I want to go back to school to be a surgical technician, so I’m going to try doing that in January.”

Evans will also likely be taken to court in 2016 by Jessica Henry, current girlfriend of Evans' ex-fiance, Nathan Griffith.

Henry has pressed charges against Evans for allegedly throwing glass at her in August when Henry and Griffith arrived at her home.

Evans will be tried for assault and battery in front of a jury.

Anyhoo, back to romance and the holidays!  What's doin' with the beau?

“I feel like I’m with a man now, not a boy,” Evans said of Eason.

“He’s really good with the kids and he’s really good to his daughter. He’s a great dad. He has a job. He’s financially stable and emotionally stable, and he’s a great support system for me, and I need that in my life.

So...will the new year bring a ring?

”I don’t know,” Evans admitted. “Maybe in the future, maybe in a year or two from now, but not anytime soon. I’m not pushing things at all.”
