Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans has been through a lot lately, but hey, she can at least take solace in a nice new and improved pair of fake breasts.

That appears to be what she's conveying here, anyway.

It has been a turbulent week, even by Jenelle standards, but it doesn't seem to be fazing her. She posted the pic writing, “Cute outfit today J.”

If you don't say so yourself.

At the very least, that rack is a welcome distraction from J's ongoing drama with Kieffer and/or Gary Head, or her mom Barbara saying she made a porno, or her sister Ashleigh calling her evil, or her random beef with Snooki, or her legal problems.

It's the little things. Or not so little in this case.

Troubled Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans has been granted a one-year restraining order against her troubled ex-fiance Gary Head, reports indicate.

Head was arrested in June following a fight so brutal that a source claimed he “beat the sh!t out of her” and tried to strangle her with a bed sheet.

Jenelle, who was also arrested, is so terrified of him now that she sought the restraining order and was relieved when the judge granted it to her.

“Jenelle is afraid of Gary," a source tells Radar. "She was viciously attacked by him and she is really frightened that he is going to come at her."

"That’s why she wanted a restraining order.”

The restraining order forbids Gary from having any sort of contact with Jenelle Evans in person, via the phone, online or through a third party.

“She doesn’t ever want to talk to Gary again, she just hopes that he obeys the law and stays away from her," a source close to Evans says.

"She knows that the restraining order is just a piece of paper but she feels safer knowing that he can’t and shouldn’t ever come near her.”

Jenelle must appear in court today regarding her own role in the fight, and also plans on seeking custody of her son Jace. Good luck there.

Jenelle Evans just caught a big break. Four of them, even.

Just hours before the Teen Mom series finale, the troubled Teen Mom 2 star had criminal counts of simple assault, marijuana possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance dismissed in court.

Her former fiance Gary Head, however, was not as fortunate.

The charges stemmed from the arrests of Jenelle Evans and Gary Head in June, when an altercation turned physical and weed was found on the premises.

Evans was granted a one-year restraining order against Head.

"Jenelle was very pleased with the results today in court," her attorney Dustin Sullivan, who never lacks for billable hours, told E! News yesterday.

"She is excited to have this chapter of her life behind her and feels confident that she'll be protected with the no-contact order in place. As for what this means for Jenelle, she has another set of charges dismissed and she can move on with her life."

And probably have more charges pressed against her by the end of September.

Jenelle Evans got a new tattoo. It's not small.

The 20-year-old Teen Mom 2 star, who recently got a boob job and smokes weed by the kilo, is no stranger to body alteration - internal or external.

The original Teen Mom fab four have been retired by MTV, but popular spinoff Teen Mom 2 will be back for a third season on Monday, November 12.

So what can we expect this fall and winter from Jenelle Evans, Chelsea Houska, Leah Messer and Kailyn Lowry, along with the men in their lives?

• Leah's relationship with Corey Simms will come grinding to a halt, as he knocks up someone else, while her romance with Jeremy Calvert will begin.
• Kailyn dips back into Jordan territory after Jo refuses to be with her, then searches for her half-sister and meets a guy named Javi Marroguin.
• Chelsea and Adam get back together. Her dad is not happy.
• Jenelle Evans? Wow. Where to begin. Trouble with the law, conflicts with her mother Barbara, Kieffer Delp and Gary Head, plus a new relationship with a guy named Josh and the revelation that Jace's father Andrew (who appeared on 16 and Pregnant, then vanished) may not actually be the daddy.

Teen Mom 2 never lacks for drama, but this season, expect things to hit a new level.

While no longer teen moms, Leah Messer Calvert, 20, Jenelle Evans, 20, Kailyn Lowry, 20, and Chelsea Houska, 21, aren't finding life any easier.

"You'll see me and Corey really confused about whether we want to make our family work," Leah says of the ongoing conflict with her ex-husband, Corey Simms.

"It's a lot of mixed feelings."

Complicating matters, of course, is the fact that Leah Messer and Jeremy Calvert got married in June and she is expecting the couple's first child this winter.

That's on top of her twins Aleeah and Ali, 2, with Corey.

"I'm with Jeremy starting our life," she says, "and Corey's so undecided about what he wants." When it comes to the twins, however, they're on the same page.

"We get along for the sake of the girls," Leah says. "Normally when kids go through a split home, they feel like they're in the middle of the two parents."

"We don't want them to feel like it's a tug-of-war. Anytime they want Daddy, they can have Daddy; anytime they want Mommy, they have Mommy."

"They have us both there, all the time."

Kailyn Lowry, mom to 2-year-old Isaac (and new wife of Javi Marroquin), says she and her ex-boyfriend, Jo Rivera, are trying to keep it together too.

"Jo and I are doing pretty well right now. We don't really see much of each other, but we're at a point where we can be cordial for Isaac's sake," she says.

Jenelle Evans' son Jace, is doing well ... thank goodness. "He talks and talks and talks," she says of the 3-year-old, noting that he loves Spiderman and Toy Story.

"It's all about, 'Why this?' 'Why that?' 'Why is the sky blue?' He's at that cute stage."

Except Jenelle's turbulent love life and legal drama to take center stage, as well.

Single mom Chelsea Houska, on the other hand, hit a "swearing off boys" stage.

"After what I went through with [ex-BF] Adam, I'm really picky now," the mother to 3-year-old Aubree says "I do not see any dating in the near future at all."

Teen Mom 2 Season 3 kicks off tomorrow night, November 12, on MTV.

Teen Mom 2 Season 3 kicked off on MTV Monday, picking up right where last season left off ... well, mostly. The more things change, though, the more they stay the same.

"They wanna make sure you don't take somebody else's urine outta youhr pocket and puht it in da cup." - Jenelle's mom Bahhbrahh explaining drug testing. Plus 50.

Jenelle Evans is also taking classes and has an interview to work at a daycare center. On the list of people you'd want to watch your kid at daycare? Minus 40.

She tells the daycare woman that she never yells. LMFAO Jenelle. Plus 10.

Give her credit for at least attempting to give Jace a bath at home, although even that is accompanied by a strong amount of yelling and cursing. Minus 15.

Almost out of nowhere, Jenelle and Bahhbrahh get into an EPIC fight for reasons hard to pinpoint. Yep, that's Jenelle Evans to a T right there people. Plus 10.

After the fight, Jenelle went out and "got messed up pretty bad," which, in Jenelle's case, could mean smoking weed or beating the ever-loving crap out of another human being.

You never know, right Britany Truett? Plus 20.

She later admits she "took three hits" because her friend had it right in front of her and she wanted to. Hey, it would just be rude to say no right there, wouldn't it? Plus 20.

She's on probation and has a drug test next week. Minus 100.

Chelsea Houska ... has not done much since we last saw her.

Those shifts at the tanning salon are really rough, no? Minus 20.

Her goal is to get her GED so she can go to beauty school or be a receptionist at a salon ... hey, at least she has some sort of goal. Jenelle, on the other hand ...

Chels claims she's taking "baby steps" with Adam. Sigh. Minus 20.

She really sees a future with this guy, which is sad, because everyone in South Dakota seems to see the situation for what it is except for Ms. Houska.

She's still "open" to Adam, she says. The more things change ...

Adam does have a smart suggestion when Aubree throws a tantrum at the restaurant - order takeout and eat at home where she's happier! Dad of the Year! Plus 15.

Aaaaaand then she asks, "What are we now? What do you think? We're not doing anything with anyone else?" "Mmmmmmhmm", Adam replies. Minus 45.

Jo Rivera aka NICK B - Unthinkable Remix

Kailyn Lowry recently got married to Javi Marroquin. Woo hoo!

Back to before you knew that, Kailyn is pissed when Isaac gets a bad 45-day evaluation at daycare. Apparently he "doesn't talk much, and he's not a social baby."

Dudes, he's like 2. Chillax. Minus 10.

Either way, Kailyn's upset - about this and Jo Rivera's reported new girlfriend. She's the star of his just-released rap video, which they watch. Plus 100.

Understandably, Kailyn Lowry is not a fan of strange women around her son. "She's sleeping in the same bed that I laid in when I was pregnant," Kailyn says. Yeah. Minus 30.

At least she asks Jo about it. "She knows we have a kid together and that occasionally we hang out," he replies ... fair enough, except they also BONE. Yeah. Minus 60.

Wonder how "V" feels about Jo tapping his baby mama on the side.

Anyway, Kailyn then drops the bomb: "I don't want this girl around my son. There's no reason for her to be playing mom." Ohhhh snap. Then she cries a lot. Plus 40.

It's a work in progress, this joint custody/doing your baby daddy thing.

Leah Messer is actually Leah Calvert now. And pregnant again.

Of course, we're still getting to that when the action picks up on MTV, so Jeremy Calvert's not as big a factor as her former husband, Corey Simms.

The functional mute whose efforts to be a decent dad don't go unnoticed, but whose breaking of Leah's heart is still so raw as we pick up this difficult chapter.

Leah Messer had to quit her job to focus on her twins, and Corey's apparently getting more involved with the kids. It's sad to watch, but the kids' health is worse.

A visit from the physical therapist is hard to take. While her twin sister Alleeah gets around on her own, little Ali still can't stand up. Poor little thing.

Good news: Ali's developing at her own rate and will likely walk one day. Bad news: Nothing they can really do will speed that process up at all.

Also bad news: Corey legitimately requires subtitles. Subtitles. Minus 20.

Leah Messer's weight loss is proof positive that she's taking the split from Corey Simms hard, as if the pained expression on her face weren't doubly obvious. Plus 50.

This week on Teen Mom 2, we found the fabulous four in familiar surroundings.

Some of those surroundings were a bit more positive than others, of course.

Let's break down last night's episode, the second of Teen Mom 2 Season 3:

Jenelle Evans is pretty sure she's gonna fail a drug test. Doing drugs will do that. Minus 800.

That and her car broke down. When it rains it pours, as they say. What WILL she do about it?

Later, after lawyer Dustin tells her she needs to be extra careful (LOL) Jenelle decides to tell BahBrah (who helped with the car sitch) that she smoked weed.

Plus 100 for honestly at least.

BahBrah asks, as only BahBrah can, "Why wouldja do sucha thing?" Jenelle Evans' reply: "I was under a lot of stress. I lost my boyfriend. I lost all my friends."

Fail. Minus 50.

Oh, but there's a drink that "cleans out your system for two hours" and she's convinced it will save her, even if it tastes disgusting! Let's give that a shot!

Alas, before long, Dustin breaks the news: She's facing 45 days in jail. Offered a second chance, she pulls an Amber Portwood and CHOOSES JAIL instead.

"I'm sick of being on probation. I just want my freedom back," Jenelle Evans says, making no sense. "Everything is falling apart!" No doubt. Minus 250.

Kailyn Lowry is having a tough go of it now that she knows how hard Jo Rivera played her, so she and pal Kim hang out with Isaac and rehash it all.

"I cheated on Jordan with Jo and I broke up with Jordan, and now Jo has a girlfriend ... well, really they just have sex ... and I feel really awful that Jordan's on the back burner," she says. Minus 40.

She also decides to torture herself by calling her mom again. Minus 60.

And Jordan's back in the picture now? For how long? Eh, Plus 50.

Chelsea Houska is doing her thing at Year 'Round Brown, and that thing is being called "irresponsible" because she was missing work. Crazy, we know. Minus 50.

Luckily, she's back with Adam Lind, so she has a reason to live briefly before he breaks her heart and she is done with him forever in like five hours. Minus 50.

Adam gives her a ring for her birthday! A promise ring that signifies he's not going anywhere! Plus 100 for the gesture, even if he only means it through the end of the business day.

Chelsea Houska notes that her dad will "freak." Plus 50 for her dad being smart.

She does show it to her mom, telling her that it means he's "not going to leave me again like every other time. It's like serious. He's not gonna cheat." Wow.

Finally she does tell her dad. "Adam got me this for my birthday. We're gonna work through sh!t and no cheating," she says, not at all convincingly. Minus 50.

Leah Messer is having an otherwise normal day in the trailer, with the twins gnawing at her and the like, until her lawyer calls about the next meeting.

Here's the deal: She and Corey Simms will go into mediation to come to an agreement on the kids, and if all goes well, there won't be a custody battle.

Leah Messer then tells her roommate that she never really wanted a divorce, nor did she expect a planned meeting to discuss support payments.

It's worth noting, of course, that Leah Messer totally boned some other dude while she was married to Corey, then filed for divorce. Just saying. Minus 200.

After the meeting, we learn that Corey gets the girls for three weekends a month and Leah gets 'em the rest of the time. Then the dam bursts at last.

"Are you happier now in your little trailer, or would you rather have a house with the four of us in it?" Corey asks, subtitles and all. "It coulda been alright."

"Tell me how many times you went back to Robbie when you was with me?" he adds. Yeah. Plus 300 for calling it like it is ... although he's allegedly seeing other women too.

Leah decides to do what all red-blooded girls do when faced with gossip about an ex: hack into his e-mail and do some light detective work. Minus 200.

There were a "crap ton of messages" from one girl. OOOH! Plus 40.

One of them reads, "You make me have butterflies." Plus 300.

Leah's friend says the "old Corey" who had a girlfriend every week is obviously back, and Leah's reduced to tears ... even though she wanted out!

One wonders if Leah Messer was just being stubborn or calling a bluff or something with this. Did she or did she not want a life sans Corey like really bad?

Teen Mom 2 train wreck Jenelle Evans is engaged! Again!

She and Courtland Rogers are tying the knot supposedly.

Last night, following an enthralling Teen Mom 2 episode which saw her on the brink of heading to jail for violating probation ... she announced that she and Courtland Rogers are engaged.

She showed off the ring - and offered some cryptic details:

"I know we've been dating for two months but there's a reason behind it and I'm not telling the reason," she said on UStream ... later adding that she's not pregnant.

That's something of a surprise ... and probably for the best.

Jenelle Evans was previously engaged to Gary Head, and in an on-again, off-again, frequently violent relationship with that drain on society Kieffer Delp.

The father of her son Jace is her ex, Andrew Lewis. Probably.

Girl has had her share of ups and downs, for sure, and one wonders if rushing into another engagement is really what she needs. Guess time will tell on that.

10. Mitt Romney and Courtney Stodden (tie). One's a relentless fame whore married to a man three times her age. The other cost himself a good shot at the presidency thanks to 47 percent-style gaffes and never deciding what kind of candidate he felt like being. Really, we just wanted to make web history with the first-ever use of Mitt Romney and Courtney Stodden in the same sentence.

9. Taylor Armstrong and Lance Armstrong (tie). Two Armstrongs, each shameless in their own way.

8. Hulk Hogan. Previously best known for body slamming opponents to the mat, the man with the self-proclaimed largest pythons in the world continues to make headlines for having body pumped Heather Clem to the bed on video with his elderly one-eyed snake. We know: EWWW.

7. Kris Humphries. As if marrying Kim Kardashian were not deplorable enough, he refuses to officially pull the plug on the union, alleging he was somehow duped into falling for the talent-free reality star. Seriously, this guy sucks.

6. Chris Brown. For some reason, people can't move past his 2009 assault on Rihanna. NOTE: That reason is Chris Brown's continued obnoxiousness.

Teen Mom 2 returned with a new episode last night, and relationships continued to fall apart in the transitioning lives of the fabulous four ... to various degrees.

Jenelle Evans' infamous friend, Tori, is back!

Under the condition that J's done with Kieffer Delp, that is ... which we wouldn't bet on. We know Jenelle Evans and Courtland Rogers are engaged, but still. Minus 30.

Even though she knows she is likely goin' to jail after the events of last week, she is looking forward to going to a Ke$ha concert for some reason. Minus 20.

Jenelle can either go to jail for 45 days or she can continue probation. Dumbass that she is, Evans decides she can't quit smoking pot and wants the time. Minus 50.

She tells her lawyer that she can't miss the Ke$ha concert, saying that the singer is her idol. Staying on probation to see her might be worth it. Brilliant deduction. Plus 30.

Of course, it's all moot, as Jenelle Evans fails ANOTHER drug test and is sent right to jail. Do not pass go, do not collect Ke$ha concert tickets. Minus 130.

Bahbrah says Jenelle needs to sit in jail for a while. Plus 50.

Leah Messer Calvert admits she wanted to do marriage counseling to try and make things work with Corey Simms. Of course, we know it did not happen.

She takes the girls to spend the weekend with dad to find he bought a new truck! He's still been paying support, but they still bicker, because it's what they do.

Corey was adamant about buying a new truck as opposed to a better home for Leah and the girls (when they were together), so we do see Leah messer's point. Plus 40.

They finalize their divorce. After which she will promptly become impregnated by and engaged to Jeremy Calvert. Girl does not waste any time. Minus 40.

Kailyn Lowry still has feelings for Jo Rivera, and she and Jordan are still hanging out. Javi Marroquin is not in the picture yet. She doesn't waste time either!

When Kail stumbles upon photos of Jo and his new girlfriend, Vee, and she is not happy ... especially b/c he partied with Vee when Isaac was there. Minus 80.

Kailyn Lowry confronts him. Jo seems pretty apathetic. Standard. Minus 20.

She sets up a meeting with an attorney regarding custody, looking to reduce Jo's. He will have to agree to that, of course, and who knows if he will do so.

Chelsea Houska's dad Randy gets pissed when he finds Adam Lind's stuff at her house. One of these days, Randy's gonna go all Olivier Martinez on Adam.

Lind, of course, is being his typical douche self. Even though he gave her a promise ring, he's as distant from Chelsea as ever. Seriously, girl. Move on. Minus 200.

He isn't helping Chelsea Houska plan little Aubree's second birthday party, nor does he even show up until the party is nearly over. It's his own daughter!

Adam did get her a new bike, we know. Even, because he still sucks.

Ke$ha found herself embroiled in drama on last night's Teen Mom 2. Sorta.

On the most recent episode of the MTV reality hit, Jenelle Evans weighed her options after a failed drug test: Spend 45 days in jail, or go back on probation.

Going on probation would mean no smoking weed for like a year … big no-no for her. Then again if she went to jail, she'd totes miss the big Ke$ha concert.

It was a moot point, as she went on to fail ANOTHER drug test, but what we're driving at is that Jenelle Evansreally likes the dollar-signed pop singer.

Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans never ceases to amaze.

The hot mess says she was hospitalized last week was due to lung damage from smoking out of a "toxic wooden pipe" ... needless to say, it didn't contain tobacco.

Accusations started flying that she's on heroin, and Jenelle Evans was oddly silent last week on Twitter and went a long time without setting the record straight.

Have no fear, though, she's back with a vengeance now.

About her hospitalization, she says, "I was in there for eight cysts on my ovaries. Right one as big as a golf ball. The ambulance came to my house and got me."

"After going to one hospital I had to be transferred to a bigger one four hours away from my home. Long story short I had immediate surgery to get rid of those cysts."

"Also had lung work done do [sic] to smoking out of kieffers TOXIC wooden pipes. Still having to go back to chapel hill next week to get more lab work done.”

Kieffer Delp, her ex-boyfriend, was selling pipes via a website at one point.

The heroin story originated from Jenelle's former roommate Ashleigh, as well as a woman in the hospital who claimed the MTV star has used the drug extensively.

Jenelle denies this, and also went after her own sister, Tweeting, "now my psychopath sister that pulls out her hair and wears wigs lies and u believe? Gullible."

Even though Jenelle has admitted to being a chronic pot smoker, at one point this weekend she claimed, "I don't do drugs" in response to attacks on Twitter.

Her fiance, Courtland Rogers, was also accused of Tweeting on Jenelle Evans' behalf in the hospital and then erasing everything, so ... there's that.

Consider yourselves up to date, and confused.

Teen Mom 2 aired another episode last night, and Jenelle Evans' obsession with Ke$ha continued to play a major role. Someone's totes buying her new album today!

Jenelle Evans, in case you missed it, failed a drug test on last week's episode and was given the choice of 45 days in jail or an extended time on probation.

She wanted to do the time and just get it over with, as probation would entail more drug tests she'd obvi fail, but jail would mean missing the Ke$ha concert! F*%K!

In the end, it was all a moot point as she failed ANOTHER drug test and was sent directly to the can. Stupid toxic wooden pipe will get you every time! Minus 30.

But miraculously, her friend posted bail for her and they made it to the concert just in time! Plus 50, because sometimes, things work out for a reason!!!

"Ke$ha is my favorite artist ever, she's just like me," Evans said. "I listen to her all the time in my car, everywhere I go, always singing it in my head."

Kailyn Lowry and Jo Rivera's custody fight took center stage, with Jo proving what an immature human being he is. Kailyn has her moments, but come ON dude. 

Despite already getting Isaac every week, Jo was being so hard on Kailyn, almost just because he can it seems. Why manipulate her like that? D!ck. Minus 50.

We know things work out better for her on the romantic front soon enough, but hopefully Jo gets it together and grows up as well for the good of the little guy.

Also, here's hoping his rap career takes off ... sorry, tried to see if we could type that with a straight face. Spoiler alert: We bombed worse than his first single.

Leah Messer Calvert had a good week, at least. She met Jeremy Calvert, the man we all know will become her husband and the father of her third baby.

They seem happy, so Plus 100, although with Leah, you can only be so optimistic. She and Corey seemed stable as well, and look how that turned out.

Speaking of Corey, rumor has it he just got married again too. Sigh ...

Chelsea Houska's on-again, off-again drama with Adam was in full force. This was an "off" week for the Year Round Brown employee and that douche.

We're just waiting for the day Randy comes to blows with this kid. It's got to slowly eat away at her dad that he's even in the picture at all romantically.

Fortunately for Chelsea, she did pass her GRE at least. Plus 100.

Jenelle Evans and Courtland Rogers didn't waste any time.

Evans' big sis Ashleigh Evans Wilson revealed the surprise nuptials Tuesday, just three months after they began dating and just two weeks after Rogers proposed.

The Teen Mom 2 star is a marred woman ... goodness.

The news came as a surprise to more than just celebrity gossip readers.

"My mother was totally shocked and had to hear it from someone else," says Wilson. "Our whole family is shocked because they have not been dating very long."

"I'm sure she did this to distract from all the drug accusations that have been flying around and of course she thinks it will help her get custody of Jace back from mom if she is married."

"After all that she has been through, she should know better than this."

In May, Jenelle Evans broke off her brief engagement to Gary Head, and at that point briefly reunited with another ex, the oft-imprisoned Kieffer Delp.

Evans began dating Courtland Rogers, also a single parent, in September.

Friends of the MTV star are wary of Evans' battle with sobriety - she claims it's been seven months, despite what we're watching on Teen Mom 2 - and of her bad boy beau.

Rogers spent four months in jail for larceny in 2011, and in 2006 as well.

"Courtland is bad news," a friend says. "He takes advantage of everyone."

Another source says Rogers isn't the stand-up guy the medical assisting student thinks he,- and that his motivation to wed Jenelle Evans may not be so pure:

"He sees Jenelle as a meal ticket. That's why he wants her around."

If that's true ... scrappiest, most erratic meal ticket ever.

Teen Mom 2 was back with another new episode last night, one that featured Jeremy Calvert's first appearance and apparently Jordan Wenner's last. How did it all go down?

Kailyn Lowry meets up with the friend she meets up with for obligatory, forced conversations about her relationships, and debates cutting Jordan loose.

Later she tells him he's overbearing and doesn’t trust her. He says he does trust her, she's just kind of shady. No points? We don't know how to score that.

Out with friends again, she notes that she doesn't really miss Jordan at all, so that was probably a good move ... except he was really good with Isaac.

She decides to meet up with him to discuss things, but Jordan is nowhere to be found ... and already “hanging out with someone else.” BURN Kails. Minus 20.

Jenelle Evans prepares to spend 45 days in jail, per her lawyer's suggestion, despite missing Jace‘s second birthday and the lack of Ke$ha that jail time entails.

She points out to BFF Tori that Jace’s dad Andrew hasn’t contacted her or Jace. We forgot who the dad even was. Not a good sign, most likely. Minus 80.

Jenelle Evans and Tori make a pact to not smoke weed anymore, and writes a heartfelt letter to her probation officer as well. Plus only 50, because come ON.

She writes that she was “screaming” all night for someone to let her out of her cell, and this was the wakeup call she needed. Ah, the life of Jenelly.

Jace turns two and Jenelle gets him a slip-and-slide at least, then spends like an entire day in the little guy's honor ... who is this girl and where is Jenelle Evans? Plus 200.

Lawyer Dustin reports that her probation officer “surprisingly” liked the letter, and believes she will change. That should keep her out of jail ... BUT FOR HOW LONG?!

Leah Messer is totes getting serious about a friendship with a guy on Facebook.

“I get really serious, really fast,” she confesses, and ain't that the truth. No points, because it has its positives and negatives, especially for Ali and Aleeah.

Later, Leah does reach out to Jeremy Calvert, and they go on a date and have tons of fun. He even passes the interrogation of tough questions. Plus 50.

Family friend Kathy watches the girls as Leah goes off to school, which she finds much harder than she thought. Hopefully she sticks with it more than a week.

OMG, Leah Messer gets a surprise bouquet of flowers from Jeremy! Plus 50, because we have a feeling things are going to last between these two.

Chelsea Houska, as always, is trying to deal with the men in her life.

After taking a few practice GED tests, she's gonna take the exam for real. The stress of not talking to Adam is, like, wicked stressful though. OMFG. Minus 90.

Naturally, this being Chelsea Houska and all, she goes over to her dad‘s, and blames him for her breakup with Adam, shouting “You got too involved!" Minus 110.

Randy, as always, runs down the laundry list of reasons why Adam sucks and he hates him, and notes that Chelsea is just being used. No sugar coating here. Plus 100.

Meanwhile, Adam tells his tattoo artist that being single is “bomb." Good to know Adam's priorities are in line. Deadbeat Dad 4 Lyfe. Word. Minus 300.

Chelsea decides to get a puppy. No points, because it is sweet and all, and a lot less of a b!tch than Adam, but she clearly can't handle more responsibility.

The ladies of Teen Mom 2 certainly have turbulent love lives.

On last night's episode, Leah and Jeremy made their relationship official, Jenelle grew closer with a guy named Josh, and Kailyn cut ties with Jordan for good.

Kailyn Lowry and BF Jordan were technically still together, but you knew it was headed downhill fast (and not just because she married someone else this fall).

After she finds out he's been hanging out with other girls, she knows the feelings aren’t really there anymore ... and reaches out to Jo for consolation. Minus 40.

She also vents to her hair stylist friend that she's only with Jordan because it’s comfortable and convenient, and there's no long-term potential. etc.

Finally, Kailyn Lowry straps on a pair and ends this, straight up. Jordan takes it pretty well, admitting he didn't go about things the best way. Plus 20.

Jo says he's gettin' serious with his girlfriend Vee. For Kailyn, who's still reeling from both Jo and Jordan, this is a tough pill to swallow ... but why?

She leaves in a fit, and Jo awkwardly tries to console her, but basically says their relationship is over and she should move on. And she should. Plus 10.

Jenelle Evans and mom Bahbrah are on great terms this week. At least at the start. Plus 30. She wants to see a new guy and Babs is all for it.

Jenelle admits she hasn’t been taking her meds for bipolar disorder. Babs warns this could lead her down a dangerous path. She's right, clearly. Plus 10.

Younger Evans meets new guy Josh on a lunch date with their friend Marissa, and they hit if off. She opens up quickly about her past. Honesty. Plus 10.

Marissa bluntly says they'd be “perfect together,” and as forced as that seems, Jenelle and Josh are hanging out alone together before long. Plus 10.

They both agree to stop smoking, and won’t smoke around each other. LMAO. Plus 50.

Barbara even likes the sound of this guy. Is this Teen Mom 2 Opposite Day? Plus 20.

When Josh finally comes over to meet Barbara, there is more family drama and Barbara won’t let Jenelle Evans and Josh leave with Jace. And ... cue meltdown!

Unable to handle the tension, she pulls a Jenelle Evans and storms out as little Jace brings a small flower to his mom’s car and says, “here you go mommy.”

And off he goes. So sweet, yet heartbreaking for that small fella. Minus 70.

Leah Messer and Jeremy Calvert are officially boyfriend and girlfriend. She introduces him to her daughters Ali and Aleeah, who love him. Plus 30.

Corey Simms, meanwhile, is "not ready" for a relationship - like Kailyn, this is interesting to watch, since he's now engaged to Miranda Patterson.

BFF Kayla says Leah has been depressed since her divorce from Corey, so it’s nice to see her happy and smiling again over Jeremy. And it is.

Corey surprisingly reacts in calm fashion to the news that she's seeing someone. “Cool.” You almost didn't need subtitles for that utterance. Plus 20.

Corey reveals he would like to meet Jeremy since he's going to be around their daughters a lot. Awkward, to be sure, but also responsible. Plus 10.

Chelsea Houska is getting as fed up with Adam Lind as Teen Mom 2 fans, at last.

She’s mad at herself for falling behind on earning her GED and getting into cosmetology school, so she says she needs to see a therapist. Wow. Plus 40.

The therapist explains that she might not have the healthiest approach to her relationship with Adam. They charge $125 an hour at least for this. Plus 60.

With the help of a friend, Chelsea goes through a relationship checklist given by the therapist to better understand how she approaches relationships.

The facts are not pretty. No ... no ... no ...

Despite all this, and despite admitting she doesn’t understand how to let things go, she wishes she could move on from Adam ... but she can't.

You never have to go long to find drama in the world of Jenelle Evans. Her latest claim? That her mom Barbara had her committed to the hospital.

Jenelle recently exchanged text messages with Bahbrah, who suggested her troubled spawn say off the Internets and go into hiding for a few months.

Jenelle Evans' response, which she screen capped and Tweeted, obviously, for attention? "Yeah that's what happens when u commit me to the hospital."

"Becuz u like to have things 'your' way."

Seems like Jenelle is insinuating that Barbara had her committed ... but she could be wildly exaggerating. She was in the hospital recently for recurring ovarian cysts.

While "committed" strongly implies she was sent away due to drug and/or mental problems, Babs may have just insisted she get treated for a medical condition.

In other news, Jenelle Evans married Courtland Rogers after dating him for only four months. The reality star "didn't get a prenup" with Courtland either.

Why? "Mostly because she didn't think she needed one," a source says.

That does make perfect sense.

It's not like Jenelle is rolling in cash, at least from what we've seen on Teen Mom 2. She has a lot of flaws, but shameless materialism isn't one of them.

Give her a new hoodie and some Ke$ha tickets and she's good to go.

Jenelle Evans' husband Courtland Rogers is lobbing some shocking allegations at her former boyfriend Kieffer Delp, blaming him for her addiction ... to HEROIN.

The reality star spent some time in rehab around Thanksgiving and it straightened her out, according to Courtland, who says it will all be shown on Teen Mom 2.

The root of her issues? Kieffer, who he's got a message for: Step off.

"Just leave me and my WIFE ... Mrs. Rogers alone," Courtland (above) Tweeted to Delp this week, strongly implying his spouse almost DIED because of him.

"It's funny people think I am a junkie wait till they see this next season on how u did jenelle and got her hooked on heroin ... she almost died cuz of u dumbass."

Prolific Tweeter Jenelle Evans re-posted Courtland Rogers' further explanation of how Kieffer Delp (below) allegedly mistreated her while she was on drugs.

"U got jenelle strung out and then u bailed on her when she needed u most! And everyone thinks u are the good guy! This is sad," Courtland wrote.

Jenelle's mother Barbara and her sister Ashleigh Evans Wilson were so concerned about her drug use that they went to court and had her committed to rehab.

Apparently that rumor was actually true - and it's probably a good thing, too.

"My mom first realized Jenelle was doing heroin," Ashleigh said later, "when she walked into her house a month ago and saw her shooting up."

Here's hoping Jenelle's kicked those habits - smack and Kieffer - for good.
