Let's just say that as a fan, you don't even have to watch Teen Mom 2 online to know how those events played out. Because #Internet.
As you probably knew heading in, a judge reversed course and awarded 50/50 custody of Ali and Alleah between Corey and Leah.
For Corey, there's not a lot of bad blood.
While these two have had their tense moments to be sure, he never acted out of resentment or with an eye toward punishing Messer.
This showed in his reaction to the ruling.
"I feel pretty good about it ... I think it'll work out," Corey told his father. "She's got a lot f--king done, a lot more than what she used to."
It was all about the girls, not Leah.
"If she starts going downhill and has issues and all that, we're gonna pursue it again, I guess," Simms said, but hopefully he won't have to.
There was even a sweet exchange where Corey told Leah later, "I'm tired of going to court … I never wanted you to not be their mom."

If only Chelsea Houska had such a nice guy for a baby daddy. Instead she has Adam Lind, who pays the minimum - if any - child support.
“I just don't even want to think of his disgusting face," Chelsea told a friend. "He's paying $200 a month right now ... less than that."
Two hundred a month? Really dude?
Fortunately, a judge ordered Adam - who was a no-show - to up that sum, and The Housk is super smitten with her fiance Cole DeBoer.
He really does seem like a sweet guy.
Down in the always-stormy Carolinas, Jenelle asked her current boyfriend, David Eason, to handle communications with Nathan Griffith.
This is either the most horribly scripted storyline in the history of reality TV, or the single worst idea in a lifetime of terrible Jenelle ideas.
Sadly, we can actually see it being the latter, and when David Eason took Jenelle's son Kaiser to play date with Nathan (Kai's father)?
"I wasn't really impressed by him or anything. He talked about himself a lot," David mused. "I would think he'd be bigger than what he is."
"Especially his little chicken legs."
Oh, these fightin' words! David, natch, didn't want Jenelle to be in touch with her ex, and the two dudes engaged in a heated war of words.
Via text, obvi. OMG LOL.
Hilariously, Dave asked Nate for Walmart receipts proving that he did in fact have the right baby gear, and demanded his home address.
"You can't just take your child to some random spot," David vented, incredulously. "What if he lives in a whorehouse or something?"
Nathan's lawyer said it best.
Later, when discussing the couple's relationship and custody situation, the attorney said, "What a mess. I don't even know where to start."
For real, man. For real.
Finally, Kailyn Lowry's husband Javi Marroquin left for deployment for six months, and you could call this the calm before the storm.
We all know what has happened since - or at least the rumors of Javi cheating on Kailyn overseas, and Lowry cheating with Jordan Wenner.
